The pattern comes with two versions to choose from: Version A has a tiered gathered skirt with flared sleeves and Version B comes with a sexy a-line skirt with a side slit and narrow puff sleeves. If you prefer, you can mix and match both versions to your liking.

- The model is 180cm/5'11"ft tall. The skirt from Version B was lenghted 15cm to fit her body. The original pattern was drafted to fit the height of 165cm/5'6"ft. If you are shorter or taller, make the necessary adjustments. The skirt from version A is 84cm long, as described in the instructions. Be aware of it and make the right alterations for your own body.
Great pattern, I love the fit. I used double gauze fabric for this dress.
There are some things to improve for the pattern file though, I had some mismatched lines when the pattern was glued together. And also, I would suggest adding text "place on Fold" or similar in the pattern, because for some beginners it might not be straightforward.

If your looking for a good pattern definitely grab Caroline’s. The directions are perfect and the videos are a large help when sewing. I’ve already made 2 of her dresses and looking forward to making more.
The dress pattern is lovely and really easy to follow. The dress silhouette is so elegant and versatile. I would definitely recommend it for beginner sewists, it's very forgiving - almost no intricate details to stitch! I made some slight alterations to the skirt to have a closer fit but that was absolutely personal preference!
My only negative, and it's barely even a negative, is that the pattern didn't seem to have the notches in the bust for me (not sure if I did something wrong when printing), so I had to make some arbitrary marks before gathering the cups. It all worked out fine and is a minor issue really!

Beautiful dress! I have made two so far and they are perfect. The pattern is easy to follow, plus there is a YouTube tutorial. I highly recommend giving this a go - you won't be disappointed!
