Great and clear instructions, lovely design and very beginner friendly. Highly recommend!

This is a great pattern. The layout style is not what I prefer, but it was still relatively easy to understand for any beginner sewers,(I'm an intermediate seamstress). I used this pattern as a base and modified it a bit to make a floor length satin gown with a more fitted bodice.

Pattern turned out very cute. It fit well and was easy to make! I was nervous to try a bias dress, but this pattern made it easy and painless. I’m petite (5’2”), so I did adjust the tie belt—I moved it to be nearer to my natural waist, as its placement on the pattern made the dress bunch oddly. This was easy to do!

Love this dress! One thing to note if you're tall with a longer torso like me (177cm) I had to add two inches to the shoulders and two inches to the hem. But love this dress definitely going to be a summer staple 😊

Great pattern (I made mine a little longer) and I sewed along to the YouTube video instructions which were very clear - in total it probably only took me 1.5 hours! Will be making more versions of this for sure

Really pleased with this dress. It is only the second dress I have made and my first on a bias, so happy that I've ended up with something wearable! I did alter the pattern for a larger bust (I wear a 34DD) but in hindsight I don't think I actually needed to. Will be remaking in a different fabric so will test it that without the alteration as well.

This is a great pattern that is very well written and easy to follow!

I modified the top so I wouldn’t need to gather the bust, so this isn’t an accurate representation of the pattern. I do have some alterations I need to make so it fits better (from my modifications, NOT the original pattern)

First dress I had ever made. Opted for the short version but beware it is quite short and may ride up depending on the fabric you use. Ties help cinch in the waist and actually allowed the same dress to fit multiple people of different dress sizes. As a complete beginner this took me about 6 hours on and off total to complete. Video tutorial was veryyyy helpful.

J aime beaucoup cette robe, simple a coudre, pas de zip, pas de boutons. le haut est doublé, les finitions en sont simplifiées.

This pattern is so lovely! It only took a couple hours to complete the dress and the draping is perfect. The seller responds immediately and the video guide was so helpful. So easy for a beginner. I will definitely be making more in the future!

Este vestido te hace una figura muy bonita! Lo único que modifiqué fueron las mangas. El vestido de la imagen es solo un mock up, planeo hacer el próximo en color rosa, falda larga y sin mangas 🩷

I prefer a different layout print method, but it's a good dress pattern

Easy first bias-cut project !

Really love this elegant and versatile design! I was able to sew this by hand. I made this in a polyester crepe fabric. I adjusted the bust to make it smaller by folding the pattern piece like I was adding a dart until the bottom edge was the same length as the corresponding front skirt pattern . I added a few tacking stitches to bottom of V-neck (front and back) after I was done attaching the chest and back pieces the skirt to prevent the V section from unraveling and coming undone. I had some troubles with binding the armholes- the binding jutted out a bit (my skill issue, not the pattern). So next time I make this piece, I will stay stitch all the curved edges before assembling. Because I don’t have a sewing machine or serger, I did a French seam when attaching the bodice to the skirt and mantua maker’s seam for the sides seams. however, this did add some bulk. I also adjusted the location of the ties to better suit my waist. Overall, I really loved making this dress and it was simple enough for me to easily make adjustments for fit. I’m a beginner hand sewer and this took about 3 days overall to make from printing and assembling the pattern to hemming and finishing. I really appreciated the YouTube video that accompanied the instructions.

Wonderful!

I like everything about this pattern. I made 2 of these dresses so far and I plan to try the longer version next. Thank you.
